From Philadelphia to Lountzis Asset Management, LLC

  • Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike and exit at EXIT 298 (Morgantown)
  • Follow I-176 North to where it ends at Route US-422
  • Merge left onto Route 422 West
  • Stay on Route 422 West (US-222 N) to the Broadcasting Road Exit (right exit)
  • At the traffic signal at bottom of exit, turn left onto Broadcasting Road Move over into the left lane
  • Follow Broadcasting Road to the third (3rd) traffic signal and turn left onto Paper Mill Road
  • Stay on Paper Mill Road to the second (2nd) traffic signal
  • Make a right turn onto Berkshire Boulevard. Stay in the right lane
  • At the first (1st) traffic signal turn right onto Ridgewood Road
  • Take the first right off Rigdewood Road and go straight back to the ”T”
  • Turn left into parking area - Suite 410 will be in building on right

From Points North / Northeast – Allentown, New York, Northern Jersey to Lountzis Asset Management, LLC

  • Take Route 78 West to Route 100 South(Trexlertown)
  • Follow Route 100 South to Route 222 South
  • Take Route 222 South to the Broadcasting Road Exit (right exit)
  • At the traffic signal at bottom of exit, turn right onto Broadcasting Road
  • Follow Broadcasting Road to the second (2nd) traffic signal and turn left onto Paper Mill Road
  • Stay on Paper Mill Road to the second (2nd) traffic signal and turn right onto Berkshire Boulevard Stay in the right lane
  • At the first (1st) traffic signal turn right onto Ridgewood Road
  • Take the first right off Rigdewood Road and go straight back to the “T”
  • Turn left into parking area - Suite 410 will be in the building on right

From Pittsburgh / Points West to Lountzis Asset Management, LLC

  • Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike and exit at EXIT 286 (Reading/Ephrata 222)
  • Take 222 North
  • Follow 222 North to the State Hill Road Exit
  • At the traffic signal at bottom of the exit turn left onto State Hill Road
  • Follow State Hill Road until the third (3rd) traffic signal at Berkshire Boulevard
  • At the third (3rd) traffic signal turn right onto Berkshire Boulevard
  • Stay on Berkshire Boulevard to the second (2nd ) traffic signal and turn left onto Ridgewood Road
  • Take the first right off Ridgewood Road and go straight back to the “T”
  • Turn left into parking area – Suite 410 will be in the building on the right
